Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Welcome Bonus

New members on moja7 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives a bonus of ৳20,000 for a total of ৳62,000.

This bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit of each new account.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the use of the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

• Bets on certain games may be counted differently toward the wagering calculation.
• Bonus abuse or attempted manipulation will result in the entire bonus being cancelled.
• Each promotion may have its own expiry date and individual terms.

General Bonus Policy

moja7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Bonus offers are for personal use only. Multiple accounts from the same household, address, or device may not claim bonuses.

Game Rules

All games on moja7 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, moja7 reserves the right to refund the bet amount.

Prohibited Activities

• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback and exclusive benefits.

VIP levels are determined based on a player's overall gaming activity and contribution. Regular and active participation is required to move to a higher level.

Cashback & Rewards Terms

VIP cashback is calculated every week and credited to the account by Tuesday. Separate wagering requirements apply to cashback. moja7 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms.

Limits of Liability

moja7 strives to provide uninterrupted service on the platform, but is not liable for service disruptions caused by the following:
